Update #21: Free Gnoll digital file coming for backers and more progress to report.

Hi peoples. In the last update I sent my backers in isolation (with 3d printers at their disposal) the link for the digital Minotaur, tomorrow I'll supply them with the link to the Gnoll. It'll be cool to find out how any of you got on with printing the Minotaur and if you had time to paint him.
Here in New Zealand we have been in lock-down for 5 weeks at our highest level (4). Today see's us lower it to level 3. Not a lot changes for me. We are still in isolation, trying to fit in at least 35 hrs on the Weta job and sharing the 2 boy's home-schooling with my wife who is also working (obviously we are very pleased to still have work). A few businesses (such as post offices) will be able to open up to non-essential services so I am looking forward to posting the remaining 3d print masters to Regal, the casting company, for molding.
There are still a good amount of months so we should still be on track for the Sept delivery but a lot of this depends on the world's pandemic status.
Regal have made their first castings of the hero set and more hyena. Looking good.
As a side note; Weta Workshop just posted an update about the District 9 boardgame that I worked on...(lots of minis) The manufacture seems to be on track despite the current pandemic crisis.
Upate#20 In Isolation? Have a 3dprinter?. Backers can now download a free digital file of the Minotaur from the Hero set.

Update#19 Pledge manager (Bakerkit) locked orders, addresses and charged credit cards. Bonus Stl.

Hi everyone.
Backerkitlocked orders, charged cards.
We are still sticking to the original timeline of delivering before Sept and working around the Lockdown in various ways. We understand that shipping around the world and locally has been affected by the pandemic.
I'm in lockdown here in Wellington, Jon in Christchurch. Our NZ Casters are in lockdown but luckily their studio is attached to their house. I still have to 3D print the coins, Vampire and Geladan add-ons, they are prepped and have been sent to a local printer, at some point soon I'm sure we can courier them to the casters over the hills but don't want to be a burden on essential supplies getting through.
I've also sent the digital files to Josh at Zombiesmith in the US. Zombiesmith have been busy with their own successful Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/970181470/this-quars-war-second-edition/description recently and I wanted to make sure my prints all work well in the molds here before giving ZS the go-ahead.
So we managed to meet our Backerkit deadlines as planned, thank you all for filling out your addresses (there are only two backers addresses that I need and have sent out reminders) we have locked your orders and now charged the cards. Thank you so much for supporting us and purchasing many from my previous range. It's really encouraging and great to know that you will be building warbands and painting dragons etc.
BONUS!!! - Free 3D file/s
Weare happy to send somefree Stl's (digitalfiles)to backers in lockdown (self isolation).
As these are strange times and many of you are in lockdown. To help provide some distraction we would like to issue some Stl files of the minis that you have purchased. It may relieve the boredom and is a small thing we can do to get you some minis earlier. We recognise it will only be useful for backers with 3D printers.
The first 3D file will be for the Minotaur from the Hero set.
I haven't quite worked out yet the best method of sharing this; most likely Dropbox/Google docs folder or use a file sharing platform like My Mini Factory. If you have any preferences please let me know. We also need to work out the copyright aspects - but it will be for your personal use only, not for redistribution, etc. Please email if additional 3D files are of interest.

Update #18 - 9 Days until Pledge Manager Closes
over 4 years ago
– Tue, Mar 17, 2020 at 10:08:32 PM
Hi Everyone,
Pledge Manager - 9 Days remaining!
Just a quick reminder that the pledge manager will close in 9 days.
About 75% of all backers have locked their pledges in Backerkit. So we still need to find out a few of your addresses.
Please check your Kickstarter messages and email for the link. If you cant find it please send us a message in Kickstarter.
We are keen to close the Pledge Manager on time so we can get the casting numbers to our NZ and USA casting partners.
Pre-order Store
If you know anyone who missed out on the Kickstarter, we have the Pre-order store open. It will remain open until the Pledge Manager closes. Please share with anyone you think might be interested.
We are keeping an eye on the situation as it unfolds. We are trying to consider the measures required to reduce risk for the campaign and the company over this period.
Other than the obvious health concerns the risks to delivery relate to if the casting companies have shutdowns or cannot secure materials. We are a relatively small production run split over two casters (one in NZ and the other in the USA) so materials should not be a problem.
If for one reason or another a caster is compelled to shutdown for a period, we will assess our options at that point. Most likely it would result in a delay rather than casting everything in one location. There are several reasons for this, including; 1) any castor experiencing a shutdown will need support and business going forward (i.e. a bit of loyalty). 2) Our shipping cost model is structured with the two casting locations in mind.
Gary Hunt Miniatures - There are a couple of us (Gary & JK) with access and contacts for the campaign. If we are in lock-down most of the things can be managed online, so this would most likely result in a delay more than anything.
For those currently impacted by covid-19 (either directly or indirectly), our thoughts are with you...
I'm able to make a head-start by packing the add-ons from my existing range.
