Update #18 - 9 Days until Pledge Manager Closes

Hi Everyone,
Pledge Manager - 9 Days remaining!
Just a quick reminder that the pledge manager will close in 9 days.
About 75% of all backers have locked their pledges in Backerkit. So we still need to find out a few of your addresses.
Please check your Kickstarter messages and email for the link. If you cant find it please send us a message in Kickstarter.
We are keen to close the Pledge Manager on time so we can get the casting numbers to our NZ and USA casting partners.
Pre-order Store
If you know anyone who missed out on the Kickstarter, we have the Pre-order store open. It will remain open until the Pledge Manager closes. Please share with anyone you think might be interested.
We are keeping an eye on the situation as it unfolds. We are trying to consider the measures required to reduce risk for the campaign and the company over this period.
Other than the obvious health concerns the risks to delivery relate to if the casting companies have shutdowns or cannot secure materials. We are a relatively small production run split over two casters (one in NZ and the other in the USA) so materials should not be a problem.
If for one reason or another a caster is compelled to shutdown for a period, we will assess our options at that point. Most likely it would result in a delay rather than casting everything in one location. There are several reasons for this, including; 1) any castor experiencing a shutdown will need support and business going forward (i.e. a bit of loyalty). 2) Our shipping cost model is structured with the two casting locations in mind.
Gary Hunt Miniatures - There are a couple of us (Gary & JK) with access and contacts for the campaign. If we are in lock-down most of the things can be managed online, so this would most likely result in a delay more than anything.
For those currently impacted by covid-19 (either directly or indirectly), our thoughts are with you...

I'm able to make a head-start by packing the add-ons from my existing range.
The mold set-up for the Hero set and some extra hyena (placed on an old mold of hyenaman on warbeest) Regal will be molding today.

Great news the Pledge manager has launched. Thanks to those of you that have completed your pledges and given your postal addresses. And thanks to those that have purchased add-ons from my existing range, there will be some grunty warbands out there. I look forward t seeing some photos of them on your tabletops one day.
Pledge manager bugs were sorted out swiftly yesterday, so it should be "all good" from now on.
KS Backers: Check your e-mails for the Backerkit survey (If you can't find it look in the junk mail folder just in-case, no luck? contact us here).
Anyone who missed out on the Kickstarter, either because the 100 pledge spots were full or they have just discovered it now, has the chance of joining us through the Pre-order store. Please share with anyone you think might be interested.

Update #15. Slight problem with shipping costs in the Pledge manager. (EDIT) Panic over, I'm sure I sorted it.

Hi people
We have a slight problem, I've noticed with with the shipping on the Pledge manager Backerkit that I just launched! (EDIT) I just unchecked shipping from all add-ons, hopefully this has fixed it! Please check your shipping is only charged once.OK I'm positive that worked shipping is now correct and any backers that were charged twice have also been sorted automatically. Please double check your orders.
U.S. Backers are being charged $9 for Pledge levels and $9 for add-ons. The postage should only be $9 for the full parcel.
So I advise holding off on completing your purchase until it's sorted. (I'm baby-sitting a slightly sick demanding child at the moment and Jk is in some meetings) So will look into it asap. It may take a few hours to get to the bottom of.
We can change it on all Backerkit orders/pledges that have already been submitted before charging credit cards...

I initially thought it was just U.S. backers but it seems to be for any customer who adds both the pledge and add-ons!

Hi Everyone,
We have finalized the pledge manager and had it reviewed by Backerkit. It will initially be released to a sample pool of backers as a test run, prior to being open to everybody.
One important thing to note is that we have opened it to all backers including $1 no reward backers. If you are a $1 no reward backer who wants to order the hero set or any of the add-ons please login and complete the survey. If you do not want any physical rewards or add-ons then please ignore all survey requests.
Remember you will receive some stretch goal rewards based on your total overall spend when the pledge manager closes (excluding shipping).
Clovis Totem (already yours - if you are receiving a physical reward)
Over $100 – Free set of 6 tokens
Over $200 – Free random figure
Over $300 – Free Fire Drake with wooden base
If you have any issues throughout the process please let us know through the Kickstarter messenger system and we will work through these.
